Current version: 2.0.0, 28 October 2026

2.0.0 28 October 2026

A new look, all of a piece

  • Control panel, control monitor, semi-automatic protocol, recording, archive, sign-in, control program, setup, live view, manual and website share one look: one typeface, clear colours, the T sign as the brand. Scoreboard, stream overlays, TV graphics and speaker monitor stay as they are.
  • One header across all control pages with the workplaces Regie, Kontrolle, Zeitnehmer, Technik, Archiv and Einrichten. Each device remembers its workplace and starts there.
  • States say in plain words what is going on, since when and what to do — with a button to fix it. The simulator has a state of its own.
  • The emergency stop stays visible as a band until someone presses “Wieder einschalten”; everything it switched off comes back.
  • The control room as the screen for the day: schedule with “now” and ahead or behind plan, the heat in progress, ceremonies with the state of the results. Switching works the same everywhere: prepare with a preview, then “Auf die Anzeige”.
  • All settings under “Einrichten” with a sidebar; the step-by-step assistant (“Schritt für Schritt”) stays.
  • Live view on the phone in light or dark following the phone’s setting, favourites highlighted.
  • Printouts (semi-automatic protocol, archive, manual) light, in the same style.
  • The Quantum recording and the semi-automatic protocol now require sign-in, because they contain names.
  • New: pictures and video on the scoreboard, without any extra program: presentations (MP4), YouTube links, cameras (Reolink as a smooth video stream, others as still images) and the video input of the scoreboard computer (HDMI card, NDI via “NDI Webcam Input”). Every source also as a darkened background under the ceremony or the lane presentation. Play everything from the control room or schedule it, for example the presentation until 08:05, then a countdown to 08:15 for the end of warm-up. The server switches on its own at the set time.

1.13.0 27 October 2026

Combined events as in the Meet Manager

  • Combined events now come from the Meet Manager: Time Keeper Live reads the definitions from the Meet Manager file (control panel «Siegerehrung → Mehrkampf», «Aus Meet-Manager-Datei übernehmen …») and calculates with the Meet Manager’s points — order, ties and categories as in its combined ranking printout.
  • Ceremony, scoreboard, stream and speaker show the points for combined events.
  • Podium with ties: everyone gets their own place and the medal shows the rank — for example two silvers and no bronze.

1.12.0 27 October 2026

Control in the notification area instead of a console window

  • New: “Time Keeper Live – Control”. The desktop icon, Start menu and autostart now launch the control program; the server runs invisibly in the background — no more black window that has to stay open.
  • Status light in the notification area: green all good, yellow note (for example simulator running, Meet Manager unreachable), red fault (server not running, timing disconnected or silent). On red, a balloon message appears.
  • Window with every service in plain words, links to all pages including the addresses for other devices, the three passwords (show and reset, even with the server stopped) and a running log of console, logbook and interfaces.
  • Monitoring: if the server stops unexpectedly, it is restarted after two seconds and the event is noted in the logbook. The server output is recorded and goes to Serion with “Send diagnostics”.
  • The previous console window remains as “Emergency start” in the Start menu.

1.11.1 26 October 2026

More accurate projection for the speaker

  • Speaker monitor: the “Projection” column now allows for the dive, the closing sprint, fatigue and, in medley, the order of strokes. Over 200 m it is on average about twice as accurate, over 200 m medley three times.

1.11.0 26 October 2026

Christmas theme, PB badge and steadier times

  • Christmas theme (Anzeige einrichten → Veranstaltung): the TV graphics get Christmas colours, a garland above the start list and results, light snow in the title and Santa hats on the event field and race clock; the classic overlay turns fir green and gold. The scoreboard shows snow only during breaks and before the start, during the race it stays plain. Victory ceremony with snow and a hat for the winner, countdown preset “Weihnachten”.
  • Scoreboard: instead of colouring the whole final time green or red, it can be marked with a coloured dot in front — a bold red time after a hard race can be frustrating.
  • Scoreboard: a new personal best shows as a “PB” badge. The previous best comes from the Meet Manager start list, if it knows it.
  • Scoreboard: all times with fixed digit width — points and colons line up exactly.

Older versions

1.10.0 26 October 2026

TV graphics for the livestream
  • Livestream: new design “TV graphics” to choose from (Anzeige einrichten → Stream-Overlays → Design). Start list and results large with the records of the heat; during the race only a race clock with event, heat and the leader’s distance plus a small list with reaction times, splits and finishes — the live picture stays clear. Position, display times, colour schemes and a soft alternation with English are adjustable. The previous graphics remain available; OBS reloads by itself when switching.
  • TV graphics: a record appears in gold at the final time and on the race clock, without a large overlay on the picture.
  • Lane labelling: the number sits at the starting block. At the start a bar sweeps across each lane in swimming direction and takes the label with it; at the finish, rank, time and name lie on the water. “Test sequence” in the calibration editor.
  • Scoreboard: from the first turn every lane shows its rank in the race, each rank only once (except for equal times); green = place gained, red = lost. Colours for faster and slower are adjustable, with the preset “Strong” for the LED wall. Long names scroll calmly. The line after “official” only runs when the next heat comes early, and only for the remaining time. The club code of a lane without a reaction time no longer slips to the right.
  • Speaker monitor: fine lines carry the scale up across all lanes. A record shows as a code next to the name and colours the row gold, even with long names.

1.9.18 26 October 2026

Terms and conditions, terms of use
  • Website: general terms and conditions, licence and terms of use and the data processing annex, linked in the footer (in German, which is binding). The privacy policy now names the controller, our promise about data and all service providers.
  • Download: the form asks to accept the terms and conditions and the licence and terms of use.
  • Setup: shows the new licence and terms of use and places them, together with the licences of the open source components (DRITTANBIETER.txt), in the program folder.
  • Control panel: reference to the terms next to the licence key, and to the data processing annex when switching on the public live view.

1.9.17 26 October 2026

Own passwords at first start
  • Access control: the factory passwords only apply until the first Admin sign-in. The control panel then asks for three passwords of your own — Admin and Operator are required, “View” may stay empty (watch without a password).
  • Forgotten password: anyone with access to the computer’s files enters a new one in C:\ProgramData\Time Keeper Live\config.json under “pwAdmin”. It applies at the next sign-in, without a restart.
  • Control panel: reloading the “Step by step” page broke the control panel — fixed.

1.9.16 26 October 2026

Best times, points and late referee decisions
  • Phone live view: new personal bests carry “PB”, new season bests “SB” — as marked by Meet Manager. Shown in the heat, the results, the search and under “Mine”.
  • Phone live view: points according to the table set in Meet Manager, in the detailed view and in the results, as soon as the heat has been checked against Meet Manager.
  • Phone live view: disqualifications that Meet Manager confirms, lifts or adds later now also appear automatically in the heats, with the reason — while the competition is running and for 3 hours afterwards. The event results follow right away.

1.9.15 26 October 2026

Results, winners and medal table on the phone
  • Phone live view: every event now has, next to its heats, the results per category (e.g. year of birth) as soon as Meet Manager has made the heats official — marked “provisional” or “complete”. Tapping opens the heat.
  • Phone live view: under “Schedule” there are also “Winners” (top three per event and category) and the “Medal table” per club, in total and for women, men and mixed; completed events are counted.
  • Phone live view: search and “Mine” show the rank in the event with its category once the event is complete, before that “Rank n (heat)”.
  • Phone live view: move from heat to heat with the arrows at the top or by swiping left and right, also across events; “Back” still returns to where you came from.
  • Phone live view: the difference to the entry time is also shown as a percentage in the detailed view.
  • Live view: winner photos are deleted 3 months after the last transmission, times and results stay online for 12 months.

1.9.14 26 October 2026

Results stay on screen, 50 m splits
  • Scoreboard: the official results stay on screen for at least 6 seconds (adjustable under “Anzeige einrichten → Anzeigetafel”, 0 = off), even if the next heat is already loaded or started in the Quantum. The line below the header runs back from right to left during this time; then the next heat appears in its current state.
  • Phone live view: in a 25 m pool the splits can be switched to “every 50 m” from 100 m upwards, the way coaches usually count. The phone remembers the choice.
  • Phone live view: lanes that changed after the check against the official results carry a discreet “per official results” note instead of the orange “changed afterwards”.

1.9.13 25 October 2026

Bars by default
  • The progression of lap times now appears as bars by default — for the speaker and in the phone live view. The update switches existing installations to bars once; anyone who then chooses “line” keeps it.
  • Phone live view: bars also for competitions whose competition computer still runs an older version.

1.9.12 25 October 2026

Mirror mode also shows the award ceremony
  • Mirror mode: the second computer now also takes over what the competition computer’s scoreboard shows — mode (live, award ceremony, schedule, countdown …) with its texts, the award ceremony step by step, the info message and the flag. Its own scoreboard thus shows the same as the hall.

1.9.11 25 October 2026

Progress as bars, year of birth on the phone
  • The progression of lap times (speaker “By ranking” and phone live view) can be switched from a line to bars: one bar per length, taller = faster, green faster than the previous length, orange slower. The first length with the dive is grey and does not count for the scale. Setting under “Anzeige einrichten → Anzeigetafel” (default: line).
  • Phone live view: in “Detailed” the year of birth now appears next to the club code. It comes from the Meet Manager start list, without an import from the timing system.

1.9.10 25 October 2026

Award ceremony on the scoreboard
  • Award ceremony easier to read on the scoreboard: club name much larger (about 80 % larger on a 1280 × 720 wall), name and time larger as well; for relays the swimmers on up to three lines.
  • Animated announcement: when a place is called, the pedestal grows, the card drops onto it and the medal (gold, silver, bronze) spins in. First place gets a ray burst, a glowing podium and confetti.
  • If races run during the ceremony, the animation is no longer interrupted.

1.9.9 25 October 2026

Record lock against false triggers
  • If the touchpad fires by mistake (for example a swimmer climbing out of the water), no false record appears any more: if a time is more than 10 % faster than the swimmer’s own entry time or than the record, scoreboard, livestream and phones show neither the record code nor the celebration, and the automatic voice announces no record.
  • For such a time the speaker sees a grey “SR?” instead of the gold code — as a hint not to announce the record.
  • Setting under “Anzeige einrichten → Stream-Overlays → Rekorde” (record lock, default 10 %, 0 = off). Existing installations receive the default value with the update.

1.9.8 25 October 2026

Record celebration everywhere, calm relay row
  • The record celebration now also appears in the livestream (banner at the top centre of the picture) and on the phones of the live view (card with confetti, a tap closes it). Swiss records (SR, NR) appear in red with a waving Swiss flag, on the scoreboard next to the box.
  • The record celebration lasts 10 seconds by default; the update sets both settings to 10 seconds once, after that the value in the admin applies again.
  • Scoreboard, relays: team name and swimmer in the water sit in fixed columns with the same font size in every row. Names that are too long scroll — all in the same rhythm and at the same speed.
  • Scoreboard: the event name and “Heat” alternate every 15 seconds between the configured language and English, “Event 17” stays. The clock no longer wobbles with every tenth and no longer wraps on narrow boards.
  • Speaker: left of the lamps, the position against the schedule at the last start (green ahead, red behind). In the “By ranking” block a record is shown after the name and the row turns gold; at the final time only the highest record code.
  • Speaker compact: all lanes stay visible, the control buttons are hidden.
  • Names without a Meet Manager start list are looked up in the import’s athlete directory — first and last name come out right, whatever order the timing system sends them in.

1.9.7 24 October 2026

Relays with team names from Meet Manager
  • Relays: team name, club code, entry time and swimmers come from Meet Manager (“SC Uster 10”, “LIMM 5”) instead of the same club name repeated. Meet Manager now delivers the swimmers in the field “athletes”; the import recognises both formats.
  • Relays: if the club code is missing, it is taken from the same club’s individual events (SCU instead of SU, LIMM instead of LSZ).
  • Scoreboard: in the start list and the official results the team name gets the whole row (previously “Schwim…”). During the race the swimmer in the water is shown with the full name; if it is too long, it scrolls back and forth.

1.9.6 24 October 2026

Relays: correct split times
  • Relays: the takeover times from the timing system replaced the split time at the changeover walls, so negative times appeared on the scoreboard, in the stream and on the speaker monitor. Takeover times are no longer used.
  • Mirror mode: if the connection to the competition computer goes silent without being closed, the mirror reconnects by itself after a few seconds.

1.9.5 24 October 2026

Records easier to read
  • Scoreboard: the records at the top right are written larger, the same size as the event name. The rows stay unchanged.

1.9.4 24 October 2026

Records on the scoreboard
  • Scoreboard: the records of the heat are shown at the top right of the header; if there are several, they alternate every 8 seconds. The rows keep their size.
  • Scoreboard: when a record is broken or equalled at the finish, it appears large for a few seconds with code, name and time (Anzeigetafel → “Rekord-Jubel”, 0 = off). Afterwards the code of the highest record stands next to the name.
  • Speaker monitor: after the final time, the difference to the entry time is now shown in seconds instead of percent.
  • Speaker monitor: the status lights and the “Kompakt” button no longer cover the “Next heats” heading or the automatic voice card.

1.9.3 24 October 2026

Several sessions per day
  • Meet Manager: if a competition day has several sessions (morning and afternoon), the schedule and the public live view now show the heats of the selected session. Previously the second session showed the schedule of another one.
  • Meet Manager: the check “is the Meet Manager on the same session?” now recognises the session correctly; the import warning only appears when a different session is really running.

1.9.2 24 October 2026

Compact speaker view, more opaque overlay
  • Speaker monitor: compact view for small screens. Only the lanes, the ranking or both, across the full width and therefore larger; “Previous heat” and “Next heats” open as drawers.
  • Live overlay: the background opacity is adjustable (Stream overlays). New default 80 % instead of 66 %, so names and times stay readable over a bright live picture.
  • Mirror mode: a second computer shows the speaker monitor read-only, with the previous heat and tasks from the competition computer.

1.9.1 24 October 2026

Winner photo: sharpest image
  • Winner photo: Time Keeper Live measures the sharpness of every image in the burst and picks the sharpest one. The control panel shows the value per image and for the test shot — handy for checking the camera focus during setup.

1.9.0 23 October 2026

Cameras, vision mixing and winner photo
  • PTZ cameras: up to two pan-tilt-zoom network cameras move automatically to their stored positions — for example at the last turn to the lane of the leader, at the first finish to the lane of the winner, then back to the wide shot. Supported: VISCA over IP, PTZOptics-style HTTP commands, ONVIF and Reolink.
  • Winner photo: after every heat a short burst of photos of the winner. The sharpest one is chosen and can appear in the public live view; in the control panel you can pick another one or withdraw it.
  • OBS: a waiting time per event before switching (for example 2 seconds after the finish to the finish camera) and the new events “last turn” and “all finished”.
  • Mirror mode: a second computer takes over the events of the competition computer and controls cameras and OBS without touching the timing.
  • Scoreboard: in Quantum test mode the large impulse image now appears even if the clock of the display PC differs from the server.

1.8.1 23 October 2026

More robust timing link
  • Timing: if the connection to the Quantum stalls without being closed — it still looks connected, but nothing arrives any more, not even heartbeats — Time Keeper Live re-establishes it by itself after 10 seconds. The race clock keeps running and the log records the reconnection.
  • Breaststroke events are named correctly even without a Meet Manager import (previously “BREAST”).

1.8.0 22 October 2026

Long races
  • Livestream: from 400 m (adjustable: always, from 200, 400 or 800 m, never) every lane stays on screen instead of tiles per turn — with rank, split time and gap to the leader at the same wall. The rank turns green or red when the swimmer has gained or lost places since their last touch. The title bar shows the leader’s length (“Length 15 / 32”) and, next to the clock, their metres.
  • Speaker monitor: in the “By rank” block the gaps are now always shown, measured at the last wall of the swimmer behind, with “1 length” or “2 lengths” when lapped. New Projection column (from 200 m): expected final time from the pace of the last 100 m, coloured against the entry time, in gold with “Record pace”; below it the pace per 100 m, at the finish the average of the whole race.
  • Speaker monitor: the schedule now counts the minutes to the start correctly past midnight.
  • Live results on the phone: the touch flash is much easier to see. New: under “Mine”, the phone can vibrate or play a sound when your favourites start, turn and finish (off by default).
  • Website: live demo re-recorded with a 400 m race, instructions and images updated.

1.7.1 21 October 2026

Send diagnostics
  • Send diagnostics: the “Diagnose senden” button in the control panel (System → Diagnose & Test) sends status, settings without passwords, the log book and the timing recording to Serion for troubleshooting — as often as needed, even in the middle of a competition. The package number appears next to the button.
  • Privacy: diagnostic packages are used only for troubleshooting and deleted after 30 days.

1.7.0 21 October 2026

Corrections and race progress
  • Corrections made in Quantum show up immediately on all displays: a false touch deleted with LAP −1 disappears, after LAP +1 the semi-automatic button time appears, an accepted backup time replaces the touchpad time.
  • Reaction times come per lane straight from the timing system and no longer show up as a split at 0 m.
  • Announcer monitor: the progress bar moves on between touches at the pace of the last length, and its leading edge flashes briefly at every touch.
  • Announcer monitor: the club is on its own line below the name; long names are made smaller instead of being cut off.
  • Announcer monitor: a scale below the bars, at 800 and 1500 m with a bell where the last two lengths are signalled.
  • Scoreboard: only lanes that have touched the same wall as the leader show a rank.
  • Live view: the bar under each lane moves along during the race and flashes at every touch; the club abbreviation also appears in the simple view.
  • Fixed: “official” and backup times produced length times of 0.00 or negative length times.
  • Manual and speaker guide updated.

1.6.1 14 October 2026

Manual online
  • Online manual instead of the PDF: in the program under «📖 Anleitung» — even without internet and matching the installed version — and on timekeeper-live.ch. As a PDF at the click of a button. For now in German.
  • A «?» on the cards in the control panel and in the announcer monitor leads straight to the matching section.
  • The manual has been rewritten for version 1.6: installation with the setup, automatic voice, live view, tools for the control desk and help with problems.
  • Two short guides to print: the quick installation (two pages, from setup to the first heat) and the speaker guide, which explains every area of the speaker monitor with a number in the picture.
  • All screenshots in the manual renewed.
  • Website: live demo re-recorded, details on internet and menu paths made more precise.
  • Website: the «Manual» menu item leads straight to the online manual; contact now via info@timekeeper-live.ch.

1.6.0 14 October 2026

Automatic voice
  • Automatic voice: heat announcement, lane introduction, race standings, the winner and the top three — in the venue and on the stream, free with the browser voice or more natural with Microsoft Azure.
  • The announcer chooses with one click how much is announced automatically and has a large stop button. Between loading a heat and the start, the voice stays silent.
  • In short races the lane introduction finishes before the first swimmers touch.
  • Pronunciation dictionary for names and clubs, kept from one competition to the next.
  • Announcer monitor: the three best reaction times with a rank badge; the record chance names the lane.
  • Live overlay: the tiles of a turn disappear together — a calmer picture.
  • Simulator with test programmes (short, middle and long distances, relays, finals) and a schedule starting when it starts.
  • Fixed: switches under “Additional devices” in the admin were not saved.

1.5.1 10 October 2026

One app for all competitions
  • The live view is one app for all competitions: “My competitions” collects the ones you have opened, “Current competitions” shows the live ones, and the QR code can be scanned right in the app.
  • Instructions for iPhone and Android on the website, per browser.
  • Easy notification testing: test notification to all devices and a test mode with the simulator — the first heat goes to every device with a bell.
  • Live view competitions stay online for 12 months.

1.5.0 9 October 2026

Notifications, favourites and meet archive
  • Public live view as an app: “Add to Home Screen” opens the competition directly. A small hint shows spectators how to do it.
  • Notifications: with the bell next to the star, the phone alerts you about 10 minutes before a swimmer’s start (based on the current schedule, delays included), at the start with lane and heat, and with the official result and rank as soon as Meet Manager makes the heat official. On iPhone in the app on the Home Screen.
  • Search for swimmers, relays and clubs. Favourites (star) and your own club are clearly highlighted everywhere.
  • Coach overview “Mine”: all starts of favourites and the club, upcoming ones with an estimated start time, finished ones compared with the entry time.
  • Start times per heat from Meet Manager, a compact event page, progress bars as on the speaker monitor and the notice “No current data from the competition” when the connection drops.
  • Disqualifications show the reason as soon as it is entered in Meet Manager.
  • Advertising: all scoreboards show the same logo at the same moment, optionally also on spectators’ phones.
  • Spectator statistics: phones (now, peak, total) and YouTube viewers, with a trend chart in the control panel.
  • Meet archive: PDF report with schedule and delay per heat, false starts, spectators, semi-automatic timing protocol, speaker tasks, overlays, advertising per logo and YouTube chapters.
  • Wording: “scoreboard” instead of hall display, because Time Keeper Live also runs at outdoor pools.

1.4.1 9 October 2026

Fixes after the first event
  • The clock now stops at the last swimmer’s final time — with hundredths, in the livestream, on the scoreboard and for the speaker. Previously it kept running until the result was official and stopped on a tenth.
  • Scoreboard: during the race the club code disappears after the first touch; on narrow (4:3) boards the short name “KELLER M.” is shown when space is tight.
  • New settings: colouring the final time against the entry time and the percentage in the livestream can be switched off.
  • Public live view: the comparison with Meet Manager reliably detects late disqualifications, no-shows and withdrawals and takes over the rank within the heat.

1.4.0 9 October 2026

Live results for the audience
  • Public live view: spectators follow the heats live on their phones — in portrait format, no app, no sign-up. Simple view or detailed with split times and race progress, plus start lists, schedule and previous heats.
  • Results are clearly marked as unofficial until they are declared official, and are then checked against the official Meet Manager results (e.g. late disqualifications).
  • No extra hardware and no open port at the venue: Time Keeper Live sends the data to timekeeper-live.ch itself.
  • QR code for the live view: printable notice from the control panel, shown on the scoreboard — and one click away on the speaker monitor.
  • New “Current competitions” page on timekeeper-live.ch: all publicly listed competitions, grouped by country (valid licence required; without a licence, by link only).
  • Fix: the scoreboard was again cutting off the descenders of letters in names (g, p, y) since the larger font.

1.3.0 8 October 2026

Records, YouTube chapters and access control
  • Records: the records configured in Meet Manager for the start list appear on the stream overlay; a broken or equalled record is highlighted in gold next to the final time — on the stream, on the venue scoreboard and for the speaker, who also gets a record-chance hint based on entry times.
  • YouTube chapters: a ready-made chapter list for the video description — viewers jump straight to their heat in the recording. Fully automatic with OBS via the stream time, via the clock without OBS.
  • Access control with three levels: Admin, Operator and View — one simple password per level, set in the control panel. The display overlays for OBS and the LED board stay open without login.
  • Pool data (number of lanes, numbering, pool length) is taken from Meet Manager automatically on import; the lane presentation shows the lane number as written at the pool.
  • Live overlay in four sizes (up to 150%) for easier-to-read names and times on the stream.

1.2.0 5 September 2026

Meet day: assistant, combined events and evaluations
  • Assistant "Step by step": initial setup and meet preparation as guided runs with checks and a readiness report.
  • Ceremony by age group: if the Meet Manager ranks by year, each group gets its own podium with the year in the title.
  • Combined scoring: sum of times over several races, per year, calculated from the individual results — as a ceremony and as a ranking on venue display and stream.
  • Timekeeper and turn-judge evaluation: difference between hand time and touchpad per lane and side, with a trend over the meet.
  • Timing recording: every message is recorded, poolside marks, field inventory, warning when the connection goes silent.
  • Announcer guide as PDF: explains the displays of the announcer monitor and the venue display — without operation.
  • Improvements: the control monitor counts the real timing system, a final time exactly equal to the entry time appears yellow everywhere, direct links in the open control panel.

1.1.0 16 August 2026

Controls and overlays
  • Control panel rebuilt: a sidebar with three groups instead of nine tabs, one shared save bar instead of scattered buttons, fine settings folded away under “Advanced”. The emergency stop now sits permanently in the header.
  • Size and position of the live overlay are freely adjustable: 100 to 150 percent, plus the margins to the edges of the picture. The text grows with it — at large resolutions the overlay stays readable from any distance.
  • Countdown templates in two languages: five ready-made templates from “end of warm-up” to “award ceremony”, each with German and English text alternating every ten seconds.
  • Relays: the swimmer in the water appears with their position and a shortened name, and is no longer pushed out by long team names.
  • Hall display: descenders are no longer cut off — on LED walls with few pixels this cost noticeable legibility.
  • Reliability: a hiccup while fetching the schedule no longer paralyses the speaker monitor.

1.0.0 2 August 2026

First release
  • Windows installation with a setup program; the setup doubles as the update and leaves settings and data untouched.
  • Live overlay for the stream, hall display, speaker monitor, award ceremony, lane presentation and schedule.
  • Connection to the timing system (Swiss Timing Quantum) and to Meet Manager, plus automatic scene control in OBS.
